Description

Our well-regarded client is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join their team. This HR Generalist will be primarily responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. Main responsibilities include comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. Your responsibilities

  • Develop onboarding programs and educate new hires on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.

  • Plan and execute employee engagement strategies, secure necessary budget approvals, and launch initiatives.

  • Work with external vendors, senior management, and staff to uphold CSR standards set by regulatory bodies.

  • Evaluate employee performance and adjust their pay scales accordingly.

  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and provide actionable feedback to enhance the employee experience.

  • Prepare official internal documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters.

  • Be prepared to take appropriate disciplinary actions against employees who breach policies and address their grievances.

  • Create a recruitment plan and schedule aligned with operational and sales forecasts.

  • Utilize HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, such as bonuses, leave, and absence management.

  • Manage both physical and digital employee records, including personal documents, benefits, and attendance logs.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required

  • 1+ years of human resources experience

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence and interact at all levels across the organization

  • Past position in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

  • Engages effectively in self-directed time management and prioritization of workload

  • Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills

  • PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
