[The Position [Turn your passion for cooking into a great career! The City is searching for a Full Time Cook at the Senior Center. Under the supervision of the RSVP Director, this individual will be responsible for the overall preparation and serving of the daily meal for the elderly nutrition program. The selected individual will plan, prepare, and serve palatable and safe foods to patrons and guests of the Senior Center. Will also supervise the Nutrition Aide and Delivery Driver. This position may also serve at the museum for special events as needed.

[Location and Hours [This position is primarily located at the Senior Center at 212 Yellowstone. Individual will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The Senior Center is normally closed on weekends and designated holidays.

• Prepare and serve high quality meals according to pre-planned menus.
• Be responsible for purchasing food and food supplies to prepare for weekly meals.
• Coordinate work assignments of the nutrition site aide and delivery driver as well as volunteers.
• Prepare meals for catered events being held in the Museum facility.
