Escrow Servicing Supervisor: Responsibilities and Daily Duties

The Escrow Servicing Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and leadership of the Escrow Servicing Team. This position manages the team and processes for all mortgage escrow administration responsibilities, including but not limited to flood, force placed insurance, tax and insurance monitoring/payments, payoff quotes, PMI maintenance and cancellations, as well as loan modifications. The role and team provides service to internal and external customers regarding escrow related issues. This Supervisor is also responsible for the Bank's compliance with all Federal and State regulations, investor, and organizational policies and procedures.

Supervise and ensure on-going training of the Escrow Servicing Team. Conduct performance reviews, recommend salary adjustments and coach and develop Team members to achieve optimal performance.

Maintain up-to-date written procedures for the servicing department, ensuring that they are complaint with regulatory and investor guidelines.

Ensure compliance with Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) requirements as they pertain to Initial and Annual Escrow Statements.
