The Production Operator performs tasks involved in the production of products, ensuring safe and efficient production by following standard work methods and practices. The Production Operator acts as a floater in all areas of production as needed, assisting all departments in the plant to ensure cheese is in-spec according to customer requirements (fat, moisture, piece count, quality). Rate of Pay: \$25.03/hour Only work 7 out of 14 days 3-day weekend every other weekend Double time on Sundays 7am-7pm 2-2-3 Schedule What you need to join our team: Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with colleagues and individuals inside and outside the organization.
