Full and Part-time Shift Manager positions available. Shift managers will perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance during shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's Standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicates with the next shift manager. Must be punctual, have leadership skills, friendly and have basic management knowledge. McDonald's will provide tools and training you will need.
