Camera Car Drivers Needed for Successful Texas Repo Company - $1000 Sign-On Bonus

We are a premier repossession company in the Texas market who does things right. Our company is steadily growing, and we are searching for a few good men and/or women to join our amazing team! We are looking for Camera Car Drivers to assist in providing LPR data for our company.

We currently have day and night shifts available at our Austin location.

If you are not familiar with LPR technology, it refers to the use of License Plate Recognition cameras, which aids repossession companies and various other industries. It is a fun and unique career with the opportunity for growth! Compensation begins $14 an hour plus commission. Pay is negotiable with experience. We always promote from within, so you will have the ability to move up in the company into other positions such as office or repossession agent. We have new and safe equipment. You use our cars, not your own.

We do offer incentive bonuses and performance bonuses based on goals. We also offer life insurance paid by the company as well.

For our Camera Car position, every candidate needs to have 6-8 years of driving experience from when their initial drivers license was obtained. Additionally, applicants must be able to pass an initial drug test and any subsequent random drug screens, along with annual background checks. We require a clean MVR (no at fault accidents, tickets, DUI/DWI). A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a good work ethic are all critical to being successful at this position. Good personal hygiene and a professional appearance is a must, as is comfort with and the ability to use and adapt to technology. You must have reliable transportation, as our cars do not go home with you. We are willing to train you if you are a motivated self-starter and a team player. Experience is a plus but not necessary. We are a team-oriented company, and you will have a support system in the office + the field that is unmatched. Currently, we are not looking for any part time help. Day shift is 9am-5pm Sunday-Thursday. Night shift is 9pm-5:00am, Sunday-Thursday. If you have a resume, please email with it attached.
