Job Description

• Using precise processes and tools to set-up molds in a variety of machines.

• Print work orders, and view the production schedule

• Learn to manage mold cycles

• Troubleshooting basic equipment failures

• Perform preventive maintenance on the molds.

• Prepare equipment for upcoming work orders

• Responding to machine alarms in a timely manner

• Reporting any irregularities (such as high scrap rates) to the Team Lead or Lead Tech

Schedule:

The schedule is a 2-2-3 schedule: 2 days working, 2 days off and 3 days working. These are 12 hour shifts from either 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM . Work 3 days one week and 4 days next week – have every other weekend off.

Day Shift: 12hr Days - $18.25/hr. - 35.25/hour Depending on Experience

Night Shift: 12hr Nights - $20.25/hr. - 37.25/hour Depending on Experience

Must Haves:

• 1-2+ years of experience operating injection mold machines

• 1+ year of machine troubleshooting/PM work

• 1+ year of injection mold setup, setting molds in machines, running first articles

* If people have experience operating injection mold machines, basic troubleshooting and PM work, they could fit for this role. They will put people through their apprenticeship program to grow into this role *

Work Environment:

• Clean facility, well lit, temperature controlled. This is a clean room manufacturing company.

• They just completed an expansion doubling their facility. People are all nice and very welcoming.

• Must be comfortable to gown up, no jewelry or make up, booties, masks, safety glasses,
