* THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE IN BARTLESVILLE, OK. THERE WILL BE NO REMOTE OPTION *

Our Client is seeking a Senior PM with proven experience in managing and rescuing projects already in execution that are off-track and can pull from their experience to identify areas of improvements and then take corrective measures in getting the project back on track. Candidate will be p erforming project deliverables, readiness gap analysis, proposed solutions and must have experience managing vendors/partners on a project. Furthermore, the selected candidate should have experience as an Agile PM, Scrum Master, and be familiar with Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure PMO processes / playbook and ways of working established by the project are followed during the project lifecycle

• Promptly escalate issues and critical risks to project leadership

• Ability to communicate and coordinate key dependencies and decisions with other project managers under the program and ensure these items are visible to project leadership

• Ability to generate and communicate project updates internally and externally as required

• Monitor/Manage project financials and report to project leadership accordingly

• Ability to influence or impact anything through being a task manager

• Ability to evaluate the project as a whole including the deliverables, what is being tested, and identify gaps to make recommendations on how to improve.
