Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responds to & documents any security situations appropriately and in accordance with company procedures and applicable laws. Reports all incidents to the Director Event Coordinator, or Manager on duty. Secures property ensuring only essential personnel are allowed entrance to the facility. Conducts routine property walks. Interacts with the public and all levels of management and non-management staff. Works directly with Front of House and the Event Coordinator to organize event protocol. Follows company protocol and ensures the safety of all individuals on the premises. Works together with Baton Rouge Police Department & the Fire Department during events
