85-year-old Hardwoods Manufacturer located in Baxter, TN, currently looking to hire a Ripsaw Operator for our Moulding Shop. Commercial Ripsaw experience is highly desirable but not required. The position is from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a responsible individual who can work independently and take initiative. The ideal candidate should be capable of lifting heavy items and must be trainable with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. This role requires someone who can multitask and assist management as needed. Problem-solving skills are a must. Experience with heavy equipment is a huge plus. Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential. This is a full-time position, and we are seeking motivated individuals; applicants lacking initiative need not apply. Compensation will be based on experience.
