Amazon Onboarding Support Team Member, Urban Hub Delivery Onboarding Team in Bellevue, Washington

The Onboarding Team for Urban Hub Delivery is looking for a highly self-motivated, results-driven problem solver for an Onboarding role to drive the expansion. As an Onboarding Support team member with Amazon Hub Delivery, you will be working with applicants across major U.S. cities, delivering results for your region’s goals, improving customer experience and removing any blockers. You will provide data driven strategic insights and ensure high operational standards in a fast-paced environment. Your personal engagement, relationship building, and analytical skills are key to developing a trusted relationship with our applicants as we walk them through the onboarding process.

Our goals include providing the best customer experience and efficiently help a large number applicants through the funnel so they can launch. You will collaborate with the acquisition team and vetting team to ensure there are no blockers to help the candidates launch

Key job responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for applicant’s questions, escalations, and concerns

• Identify, advise, and execute strategies to decrease the number of customer escalations, unresponsive candidates and application barriers

• Own and increase the application, conversion and ready to launch rate for the entire region and throughout the pipeline

• Knowledgeable and cross-trained in all stages of the onboarding process so you can assist applicants for any stage in the funnel

• Work cross functionally with the vetting, acquisition and account management team to problem solve, drive continuous improvements for the applicant process and the customers

• Manage challenging goals, issues, and projects to help deliver results and increase productivity

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-pace, deadline-focused environment

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Experience developing and implementing strategies

  • 3+ years of professional work experience

  • Skills for building professional relationships

  • Experience rapidly adapting to change and dealing with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales or customer service

  • Proven ability to learn tools and processes then effectively using them to provide service

  • Proven track-record of taking ownership and driving results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $66,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
