Description

Director of People & Culture Our clients growing real estate company is looking for an experienced, energetic Director of People and Culture. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of corporate culture and human resources administration, manage company payroll and incentives, and mentor the Manager of People and Culture on HR processes. This role requires solid business acumen, cross-departmental experience, a high motivation to achieve measured goals, and the ability to uphold our company's key values. Forward-thinking, detail-oriented applicants with experience driving high-performance cultures, talent management, and compliance are highly encouraged to apply. (Boston, Hybrid, Up to $150K)

** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/Business or relevant experience

** 8+ years as a HR Manager/ HR Business Partner, 3+ years managing a team

** SHRM-CP/PHR required

** Strong knowledge of HR compliance - 401K, ACA, Labor Laws, and etc.
