Time to step up your career! This is your moment to shine and lead the way for others too. We?re hiring full-time Hourly Supervisors at Bowling Green County Jail . This position will oversee our Food Service and Commissary operations at the facility. Alongside a manager who will help coordinate and lead operations, you?ll help oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and help where needed. Job Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets (Production sheets and recipes).

• Direct daily activities.

• Maintain a sanitary department following health and safety codes and regulations.

• May prepare orders as needed to ensure accurate production for location.

• Maintain all serving schedules; ensure that all food items are served per menu specifications in a safe and appropriate manner following Aramark policies and procedures.

• Ensure all food safety/temperature logs are completed with appropriate corrective action, as necessary

• Work with General Manager and Commissary Manager to take inventory & use complete productivity on the floor

• Follow through with information to team members on new products or procedures using the information book on the floor.

• Maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment.

• Supervisor accurate adherence to Aramark's time and attendance procedures.

• Train/mentor other food service workers and commissary workers.

• All employees to be trained according to company standards for safety, health, and sanitation procedure

Qualifications

? Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions

? Must be able to pass background check and drug screen

? Highschool diploma or equivalent

? Ability to perform basic arithmetic

? Maintain emotional control under stress

? Ability to resolve interpersonal situations

? Strong organizational skills

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
