We are a boutique-sized diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels, and convenience store retailing.

  • Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day

  • Our logistics business currently owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.

  • Our Retail or convenience store part of Delek, runs over 300 stores in Texas and New Mexico. We are licensed to use the 7-Eleven brand, which you might recognize!We also have company-branded New-to-Industry DK stores in the southern part of the US!

  • Our three renewables’ plants in Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi combined can produce 40 million gallons of biodiesel fuel a year.

JOB SUMMARY

Prepares, records, verifies, analyzes and reports accounts payable/receivable transactions | Pays vendor invoices and receives and posts customer payments on a timely basis | Maintains and reconciles accounts payable/receivable ledger accounts, financial statements and reports | Prepares analyses and reconciliations of bill runs to detect fraud | Ensures that transaction entry verification procedures are followed | May prepare and deliver low-volume customer billing and respond to resulting queries

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Undergraduate in Accounting/Finance

  • Or Two (2) or more years’ Experience in a related field (Required)

  • No Licensure or Certification Required.

  • Assists the AP Auditor with the review of potential findings and the prevention of incorrect monies being paid to vendors

  • Provide frequent updates to the AP Auditor about findings, false positives, and root cause analysis

  • Maintain supporting documentation for all findings

  • Assist with managing multiple emailboxes that contain employee & supplier inquiries and invoices

  • Handles ‘urgent’ requests promptly
