Job Description

This functional retail Business Analyst will be building out the scope for 12 different network/IT infrastructure project work streams. This team currently has KPI timelines, but no supporting requirements documentation behind these project workstreams. We are hiring someone who is comfortable balancing a large workload, gathering business requirements, scoping and defining projects, and being detail oriented while in this project phase. This person should assist the PM and own the requirement testing phase matrix alongside QA.

Skills and Requirements

- Senior Business Analyst with knowledge of network operations/IT infrastructure

- Experience managing 10+ scoping and requirement tracks at an enterprise level environment, preferably retail

- Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders

- Experience building out requirements matrix for testing and owning requirements met in test workstream

- Experience using the tool QuickBase

- Excellent communication working with cross functional teams

- High attention to detail & in depth documentation skills null
