A Warehouse Associate is a key member of our warehouse team. As the last team members to handle our shipments, they play a key role in delighting our customers with the perfect order experience. They perform a variety of duties in our fulfillment operation including picking, packing, gift boxing, and shipping inventory to our customers. Success in this role is defined by the Operations Associates ability to meet productivity goals and ensure accuracy and quality of our customers orders.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately and carefully pick, pack, gift box, and ship costumer orders Achieve set standards for productivity, quality, and accuracy Utilize warehouse management systems to scan, process, and ship orders Demonstrate a sense of urgency and flexibility when working in the operation Maintain a positive professional relationship with the team and management Ensure all procedures, policies, and standards are followed Always maintain a clean and safe working environment Adhere to Company Safety standards Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Previous warehouse experience a plus Must be able to lift a minimum of forty (40) lbs Reliable, punctual and a strong work ethic are a must Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere Must be a team player with a positive attitude and great work ethic whether you are working with others or working unsupervised Must be comfortable standing for 7+ hours Open availability is HIGHLY PREFERRED
Weekend Availability is REQUIRED

Pay Rate: $20/hr.
