Customer Service Representatives are needed for a local Butler company. This is a full time, temp to hire position.

Primary duties include: 

• Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues.
• Documenting issues and providing details to technicians.
• Maintaining records.
• Must be comfortable working around others.
• Computer skills and data entry skills are required.
