DESCRIPTION OF WORK Your role of Maintenance Repairman 1 entails a range of duties including janitorial work, snow removal, grass mowing, leaf raking, assisting in plumbing and electrical repairs for roadside rest facilities and building maintenance. You will also be responsible for minor tasks such as blade sharpening and belt replacements on various snow removal and mowing equipment as necessary.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience in general maintenance work which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities. Special Requirement:

This position requires possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.
