Clinical Architecture Product Analyst in Carmel, Indiana

Aboutthe Position The Product Analyst role is responsible for supporting the Product Managers in defining requirements and developing user stories. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in receiving, analyzing, validating, and verifying features from design to delivery.

This role is required to be on-site at our Carmel, IN Headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboratewith Product Managers to evaluate input from multiple stakeholders to develop detailed functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Participate in Agile processes such as backlog refinement, sprint review, release planning, and daily standups.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including group facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Effectively multitask, prioritize, and manage time.
  • Assess the impact of changes on upcoming projects and releases.
  • Work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to establishing the product roadmap and communication with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate product progress, identifying risks during the process.
  • Provide support to ensure product documentation is considered at each stage of development.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of experience working in the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • 1 to 2 years in a Product Analyst role or similar role.
  • Proficient in teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Project Management methodology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Jira Atlassian.
  • Healthcare experience or familiarity with healthcare terminology is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.
