Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Facilities Leader for each of these locations:

Broomfield, CO, Golden Valley, MN, and Chandler, AZ.

Citizenship Required: United States Citizenship

Clearance Required: Yes; you must either currently have or be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government security clearance

Telecommute: No - Teleworking not available for this position

Travel Required: Some travel required – 20%

As a Facilities Leader here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of all physical assets, including buildings, equipment, and infrastructure. Your leadership and strategic planning skills will be essential in optimizing facility resources, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.

You will report directly to our Sr HSE Manager and work out of our designated location in either Chandler, AZ, Broomfield, CO or Golden Valley, MN . The work schedule for this role will be determined as per the company's policy, which will be onsite.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the overall performance of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing a team of facilities professionals, ensuring efficient and effective operations and construction.

  • Leading a team of HSE professionals, ensuring efficient and effective operations. HSE professionals will matrix into and be accountable to our HSE Manager for ACST.

  • Developing and implementing maintenance plans, schedules, and strategies to ensure facilities are well-maintained, improved as required, and compliant with regulations.

  • Participating in budget planning and managing allocated funds for maintenance activities, seeking cost-effective solutions while maintaining high facility standards.

  • Overseeing the management of facility assets, including equipment and infrastructure, and planning for replacements, upgrades, or repairs as needed.

  • Ensuring facilities meet safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, managing permits and certifications, and addressing compliance issues proactively.

  • Collaborating with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring work is completed to specifications and within budget.

  • Implementing energy-saving practices and sustainable initiatives to reduce operational costs and minimize the environmental footprint of facility operations.

  • Establishing and enforcing quality control standards, conducting regular inspections and performance assessments to ensure maintenance work consistently meets established criteria.

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive emergency response plans for facility-related incidents.

  • Collaborating with various internal departments, senior management, and external stakeholders to understand their facility needs and provide regular updates on facilities management initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits:

Incentive Eligible

Salary Range: $102,000 - $128,000

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in facilities management

  • Proven leadership and management skills

  • Strong knowledge of facilities management best practices and industry trends

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis
