Job Description:

As a Maintenance Technician with general maintenance, electrical, and plumbing skills, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and functionality of our clients' homes and businesses. Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs in various areas, including plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and systems are in optimal condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team (required)
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects when necessary.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
• Ability to be on call for evening and weekend emergencies (optional)
