  Ball-Chatham is seeking a motivated, passionate, energetic coach to join our existing Titan Talent as a

Head Dance Coach at Glenwood High School for the Fall 2024-2025 Season.

Salary Schedule: Pay based upon experience and as established by the Ball-Chatham Education Association Collective Bargaining Agreement Salary Schedule B-3 (Athletics).

What do Head Dance Coaches Do?

• Develops a vision and communicates that vision to all stakeholders.

• Knows and follows IHSA/IESA and BCSD policies.

• Oversees the development, preparation, performance, and evaluation of student athletes, coaches, and program personnel.

• Conducts tryouts

• Prepares practice schedules

Minimum Requirements

• Broad knowledge base and understanding of the sport

• CPR Certification required prior to start of season
