  Ball-Chatham is seeking a motivated, passionate, and talented Head Girls Swim Coach

at Glenwood High School (GHS) for the 2024-2025 Season.

Vacancy is for the 2024-2025 season. Pay based upon experience and as established by the Ball-Chatham Education Association Collective Bargaining Agreement Salary Schedule B-3 (Athletics).

What do Head Coaches Do?

• Oversee all aspects of the swimming program

• Oversee the assistant coaches and relevant staff of the program

• Prepare students mentally and physically for interscholastic competition

• Accurately evaluate student-athletes' skills and abilities

• Prepare daily practice schedules

Minimum Requirements

• Broad knowledge base and understanding of the sport

• CPR Certification required prior to start of season

• Ability to pass a fingerprint criminal background check
