The position will be located at our Corporate Office located in Leawood, KS .

Title: Executive Administrative Assistant


The Administrative professional provides high-level admin support to 3 company executives by preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, and working on special projects. Additionally, assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of external callers and visitor as well as internal customers at all levels of the organization. Independent judgement is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.


1.Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, conferences and activities for the team of executives.

2.Creates and develops visual presentations using PowerPoint software.

3.Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing systems

4.Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.

5.Drafts written responses or replies by phone or email as necessary. Responds to regularly occurring requests for information.

6.Works in cooperation with other Admins to cover phones

7.Acts as project manager for special projects, which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, coordinating direct mailings, creating brochures.

8.Types and designs general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.

9.Coordinate travel arrangements and business schedules for the team of executives.

This job operates in a professional, yet fun and energetic office environment. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.


This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open file cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.


This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.


1.High school diploma

2.Five years of high-level or executive administrative experience

3.Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point software programs
