Description

The Deposit Products Digital Sales and Experience influences the strategic direction, and partners across the organization to implement the roadmap for creating innovative, world-class digital experiences tied to Huntington’s deposit product set. Drive value for customers and Huntington by advancing the digital sales experience and bringing new capabilities to market that grow customer activation and engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Helps formulate and partners cross-functionally to lead implementation of the digital strategy for deposit products to include sales, delivery of products, digital communications and digital experiences.

  • Maintains a delivery roadmap and leads execution of critical initiatives to advance deposit product digital capabilities and experiences.

  • Identifies marketing and communications opportunities within Huntington’s digital customer channels to promote products and services to customers.

  • Closely monitors industry and competitive trends to help identify new marketing trends and inform priorities for product development/modifications, pricing and product positioning.

  • Manages product profitability, quality and risk standards.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product development, product pricing, product forecasting, and / or finance experience.

  • Savvy and passionate about driving results and innovation

  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ecommerce background

  • Experience with and a strong understanding of consumer deposit products, to include checking, savings, MMA and CD as well as associated services

  • Proven analytical ability (business case development, forecasting, test design, familiarity with statistical methodologies)

  • Must have the appropriate financial management experience and analytical capability to translate hard data into strategic plans

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and execute flawlessly

  • Experience in project planning and management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Candid and concise communication skills
