JPMorgan Chase Senior Product Associate - Notifications in Columbus, Ohio

Join the team providing financial solutions to over 3 million small businesses nationwide at one of the world's most innovative banks.

As a Senior Product Associate in Sales & Service Product Enablement in our Business Banking team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You contribute to the team focused on developing solutions which help small businesses better manage their accounts and transactions with timely communications.

You leverage customer and front-line employee feedback and your expertise in product development to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job responsibilities

  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery

  • Supports product delivery across the full lifecycle including discovery, requirements gathering, solutioning, design/build and implementation

  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience

  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development

  • Engages with cross-functional partners across the organization to lead, align and maintain productive partnerships

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 3 years of applicable business experience with demonstrated expertise in Product development in Agile operating model/scrum team environment

  • Proficient knowledge of product development life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition

  • Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and development teams to document business requirements, lead scope definition, technical implementation, end-to-end testing, and operational readiness

  • Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines with calmness and composure under pressure

  • Ability to think strategically, innovate and clearly communicate complex ideas

  • Team player with the ability to work productively within a group and adapt to changing priorities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Analytical / Problem Solving skills - ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems

  • Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira/Jira Align and organizational/time management skills
