Job description IQ Resource Group is seeking an experienced Order Picker to join our team at our warehouse in Ramsey, MN. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking Quality Interior & Exterior doors ensuring that products are prepared for shipment in a timely manner. Responsibilities: - Fills customer orders in accordance with customer pick tickets, completes appropriate paperwork. - Package orders securely and prepare them for shipment - Reviews overstock inventory, puts inventory away. - Works with customers when picking up will-call orders. - Palletizes doors for customers and vendor returns and performs physical inventory as requested. - Maintain a clean and organized work area Experience: - Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment required. - Familiarity with order picking, packing, and shipping/receiving processes - Friendly and professional when working with customers and vendors. - May use forklift as needed. - Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks - Excellent organizational and time management skills Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:00pm Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
