If yes, we’d love to have you join our team!The Sr. Operations Coordinator is responsible for the operational support of a client, including responsibility for reporting, data collection, survey setup, and other adhoc requests. The Sr. Operations Coordinator will lead standardized report design, automation and data administration. They will leverage business and market relevant information to make data-driven decisions that allow Mosaic to achieve its sales and marketing objectives and quickly adapt tactics. RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Functions of this Position (list in order of most important to least important):

  • Work with leaders to build and maintain field and client performance measurement tools (scorecard, reports, key performance indicators, etc.) using advanced IT technology such as PowerBI, SQL, Python, and Google Cloud

  • Collect, inspect, cleanse, and transform complex data sets

  • Manage data management systems, online set-up of surveys, scheduling, ensuring all operational tasks are executed

  • Compile and analyze weekly program results; utilize informationto make recommendations that drive results on the program

  • Consolidate and streamline processes to ensure maximum efficiencies are realized

  • Remain informed on latest data trends, practice and process

  • Self-diagnosing issues and formulating solutions

  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, STEM, or related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience

  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience

  • Experience in cleaning, transforming, and visualizing large data sets using software

  • Intermediate SQL knowledge

  • Analytical skills required - detailed data-analysis and comprehensive follow-up needed

  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, project coordination skills, and prioritization oftasks.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact comfortably with peers and leadership both internally and externally

  • Professional attitude working in an office environment

  • Must have previous data blending, data reporting and analysis experience with strong use of Excel and PowerBI at an advanced to expert level; including working knowledge of simple and complex formulas, pivot tables, measures, and visualizations

  • Ability to execute standard measurement strategies within a project

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking with the ability to disseminate insight from large datasets

  • Meet tight deadlines, prioritize workloads and achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Develop understanding of all areas of Mosaic business to find new opportunities for Operations

  • Proven ability to timely complete projects and achieves results in ambiguous work environment
