Description

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Accountant to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This role focuses on various accounting tasks within the telecom industry. As a Sr. Accountant, you will be responsible for handling account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliations. You will also be responsible for managing general ledger entries, utilizing Microsoft Excel, and conducting month-end closes.

Responsibilities:

• Execute account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance

• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and rectify any discrepancies

• Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy

• Manage general ledger entries and ensure all transactions are recorded

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data and create reports

• Conduct month-end close procedures efficiently and accurately

• Utilize large ERP for various accounting tasks

• Ensure compliance with all internal processes and policies in relation to financial management.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential.

• Demonstrable experience with Balance Sheet Reconciliation required.

• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations is necessary.

• Must have strong understanding of General Ledger management.

• Experience with Journal Entries is a must.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Ability to perform Month End Close tasks efficiently.
