• Lead and Train others by Example by evaluating the performance of yourself and other team members
• Maintain a Good Working and professional attitude
• Have the ability to read and understand site (sewer, storm drainage) plans
• Ability to operate a tablet to complete daily logs, daily pre-trip inspections, and fuel logs
• Perform high production without sacrificing quality of work
• Maintaining precise documentation when finding defects during inspection
• Coordinate and Execute Game Plans for Jobs with clients
• Assist with installs of CIPP sectional liners, quick locks and other methods of repairs
• Maintain professional and Effective Communication with clients
• Coordination of Helpers in a way to work Effectively to Execute a Job. (i.e.: setting up camera, mandrel, push camera, communication on work being performed for the day)
• Maintenance, cleanliness and care of Equipment (i.e.; appearance of truck, greasing, proper storage of camera equipment, tools and ancillary equipment)
• Checking Equipment to ensure you have all Tools necessary to Perform Daily Tasks
• Maintain correct gas pressures in camera head and tractor
• Strive for Compliance of Safety Procedures that may Change every day depending on Site Conditions
• Understand and follow all PPE and company safety procedures
• Use Problem Solving Skills to Come up with Effective Solutions.
• Always Maintain an Effort to Work as efficiently as possible
• Follow current APS company safety driving standards
• Great communication skills with clients, supervisors, and other team members
• Understanding of specifications for each municipality currently working in each day
• Following standard NASSCO practices when coding defects
• Daily inventory checks of all equipment on each truck
• Care of all small tools
• Cross Training on all other duties that include manhole inspections (Clever Scan) internal pipe repairs, camera repairs assigned by supervisor, locating of manholes, cleanouts (lateral connections) to name a few
