• Lead and Train others by Example by evaluating the performance of yourself and other team members
• Maintain a Good Working Attitude
• Have the ability to read and understand site (sewer, storm drainage) plans
• Ability to operate a tablet to complete daily logs, daily pre-trip inspections, and fuel logs
• Perform high production without sacrificing quality of work
• Coordinate and Execute Game Plans for Jobs with clients
• Maintain professional and Effective Communication with clients
• Coordination of Helpers in a way to work Effectively to Execute a Job. (ie: Looking at Storm Runs ahead to see if they are dry)
• Maintenance, cleanliness and care of Equipment (ie; appreance of truck, greasing and proper tool storage)
• Checking Equipment to ensure you have all Tools necessary to Perform Daily Tasks
• Strive for Compliance of Safety Procedures that may Change every day depending on Site Conditions
• Understand and follow all PPE and company safety procedures
• Use Problem Solving Skills to Come up with Effective Solutions.
• Always Maintain an Effort to Work as efficiently as possible
• Follow current APS company safety driving standards
• Great communication skills with clients, supervisors, and other team members
• Inspection and care of High Pressure Jetter hose Knowing and understanding the use of the equipment, its limitations, current production expectations for the day and the quality of work that is expected
• Care of small tools and nozzles
• Train all helpers on the daily task, operations of truck along with care on greasing, cleaning and organization of tools and equipment
• Knowing when performing existing sewer cleaning on what pressures you can operate the nozzle at without causing toilets from burping, flooding of residents houses when performing cleaning and what pre cautions to know and understand when there is a potential issue
