The City of El Dorado is looking for a high school student who has an interest in engineering.\ \ Qualifications:

• Entering Junior or Senior year of high school, at least 16 years old as of 05/01/2024.
• Maintain regular attendance and be punctual
• Available for a minimum of 5weeks, possibility to extend.
• Complete on-the-job training and any required reading in a timely manner
• Possess basic computer skills necessary to perform job function
• Must be comfortable working outside and in a construction environment
• Desire to pursue a related field with construction or engineering

Responsibilities:

• Project assistance - daily inspections and construction staking
• Administrative support - assist with organization of the engineering office.
