Seeking a person who can perform a variety of maintenance skills, in an Industrial/Commercial Environment such as: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC and Light Construction. Carpentry and HVAC experience is a plus. Successful Candidate must be capable of: Working with minimal supervision, Organizing work and capable of multi-tasking. A willingness to be an integral part of a small tight knit work force is important. Some overtime, on call and weekend work may be directed, as necessary.
