Their goal is to care for and assist in maintaining the sanitization, cleaning, and chemical balance of an entire pool route. An entire pool route totals 100 pools, which is over 2 million gallons of water. This means they must be efficient and confident in what they do in order to make appropriate decisions that lead toward clean and healthy pools.
