We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant for our Baby Care Process and Engineering Organization based in Euskirchen - Germany.
This position is no management position and does not require a university degree.

YOUR ROLE AS PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM ASSISTANT (M/F/D)
Highly skilled in budget management from Internal Order set up in SAP to close-out, working with data consolidation and analysis across different regions and SAP boxes into a monthly score card for the global organization.
Experience with Budget Management: Working knowledge to strengthen proficiency in P&G applications (Coupa, SAP Hana, Fiori, etc.).
Supports the business as an office administrator for the project teams, enabling other team members to perform their tasks.
Strong Collaboration & interpersonal skills: The applicant's success and that of the department requires building effective working relationships and collaboration. Duties include shopping cart creation, leading budget tracking and meeting coordination. Seeking someone with passion for building culture and a positive working environment within the organization.

Job Qualifications
Commercial education (solid accounting base) desirable.
Experience with accounting and SAP Boxes: Fiori, HANA, F6P, A7P, A6P.
Fluent in English language, written and spoken.
Computer skills in SAP, MS Excel (Pivot), Word, Power Point, Outlook.
Comfortable in busy fast-paced environment. Open to change and highly open to learn.
Experience with data analysis. Accuracy on data entry.
Experience with handling confidential data.
Strong Collaboration & interpersonal skills.
