Our ODP Program at Aveanna Healthcare supports adult Individuals with an Intellectual Disability or Autism diagnosis. This home/community-based entails our DSPs care for individuals on a 1:1 basis.  DSPs work with clients on their individualized life skills-based goals. All clients have higher-level functionality and live either independently or with family.

This position entails transporting individuals within the community, so a functioning vehicle is a requirement. Cases are throughout Bucks and Montgomery County. There are very few physical and/or medical demands. You will not encounter a consumer who exhibits major behaviors, physical aggression, or major medical needs. Aveanna DSPs are trained internally to support consumers. Duties may include working with clients on: daily structure/routines, self-reliance, financial management skills, budgeting, decision-making, problem-solving, companionship, hygienic maintenance, personal care support, community integration, emotional regulation, and social skills.  We offer opportunities for financial growth as a DSP, along with PTO, Medical, Vision, and dental benefits for FT employees.
