Individual choice and collaboration with other resources available to our participants will promote and enhance their independence and quality of life. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Ensure a safe, dignified and clean environment for all participants. Assist participants with adhering to their daily schedules, provide direct hands-on skill training and support as defined each individual\'s Day Services Advancement Plan Aid in personal care needs (i.e. eating, toileting, hygiene, etc.) Plan daily schedules and weekly community outings. Administer medications Monitor break and lunch periods, AM and PM bus duty. Accurately document daily activities within required timeframes and guidelines. Qualifications The successful candidate will have previous caregiving experience in either a residential, group or center-based setting. CBRF and Med Passing certification a plus. CNA desired, but free online credentialling available with a \$500 bonus when completed.
