About the role:
The Consumer Marketing Supervisor is responsible for supporting and developing the Consumer Marketing Specialists and Advertising Service Representatives. In this role, the team member will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the team, maintaining the relationship of our strategic and multi-members, and growing participation in our programs. The Consumer Marketing Supervisor will have strong problem-solving skills to support the team in member conversations.
Responsibilities include:
Be the main point of contact for strategic and multi-members to provide consistency and dedicated support. Building strategic
relationships and identifying how we can better support our high-volume members.
Improve and maintain the Consumer Marketing page on mydoitbest.com
Provide member education through CORE presentations, Knowledge Central, etc.
Supervise and guide the Consumer Marketing team to achieve enrollment and sales targets and expand our member participation.
Set individual goals with the Consumer Marketing Specialists and Advertising Service Representatives and devise strategies to meet those targets
Monitor team performance and report on metrics to ensure department goals are met
Lead team meetings to discuss strategies, member needs, and set team focus
Provide support to the CM team as they have conversations with members
Coach and develop team members through shadowing member calls, providing feedback, and conducting training sessions.
Assist Marketing Programs Manager, Sales and Service Manager, and Promotional Planning & Production Manager on implementation of new programs or promotions
Delegate tasks and manage workload for the Consumer Marketing Specialists and Advertising Service Representative, including increasing member participation, creating marketing material to support programs, and implementation of new programs
Develop and maintain standards to ensure onboarding members on programs are seamless and efficient
Maintain open communication with members, field staff, graphics, and marketing leadership
Lead, mentor, develop, and support a team of Consumer Marketing Specialists and Advertising Service Representatives to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment
Responsible for Consumer Marketing team performance management.
Special Projects assigned by the Sales & Service Manager
Cultivate and maintain a positive work environment.
