Laundry Plant Manager Department: Community Reintegration Center Full-time, Salary Salary Range: \$62,836.80 - \$72,779.20/yr Job Summary: Manages the Textile Services Division at the Community Reintegration Center for the benefit of all user institutions. Operates the laundry for maximum efficiency, textile and equipment life, and develop resident work culture in all aspects of the operation. Promotes regulatory compliance, safety, adherence to procedures, teamwork and completing work to a certain standard by the deadline. Schedule: Work schedule is 3am-11am or 4am-12pm, Monday-Friday. Occasional weekends are required. Essential Responsibilities Develop and Lead Staff - Provide routine written, verbal and hands-on guidance to promote flow, control rejects, and optimize equipment function.
