Set up, operate & program CNC Diverge Boring Mill

JOB DUTIES & GOALS:

1. Set up & program CNC Boring Mill

2. Operate CNC Boring Mill

3. Select own tooling

4. Perform 100% full inspection of parts with gauges

5. Perform daily preventive maintenance as required.

6. Work safely

7. Maintain housekeeping

8. Keep manager informed of problems

9. Follow all company rules.

10. Perform all misc. duties as assigned

7am-5:30pm M-F - some Saturdays

7pm - 5:30am M- F - some Saturdays (2nd Shift plus 10% shift premium)

Must Have:

Ability to set up and run own machine

Good attendance

Lift 50 lbs

Repetitive work

Quality checks (gages mics and caliber)

2-4 + years Boring Mill - must be able to hit the ground running
