· Duties and Responsibilities:

o Center-based,on-site BCBA’s needed to develop clinical plans for children and oversee a teamof RBT’s providing 1:1 therapy

o Maxcaseload – 12 per BCBA

o Ascent-based/compassionatecare approach, entirely hands off, zero restraint; all BCBA’s must be open tolearning and implementing this approach

o Agerange 18 months-to-7 years; 18-60 children per center

o 4-7BCBA’s at each center, depending on size; Clinical Director (CD) and AssistantClinical Director (ACD) at each site

o Primarilyon-site, with limited flexibility to work from home (2 days/month)
