As a Site Manager, you will be stationed at our client's site, fostering relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand their staffing needs. Your role involves being able to communicate with the Client in both English and Mandarin. Serving as an on-site extension of the client's HR function, Site Managers oversee all facets of the client workforce, including business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and employee management. • Establish and maintain a pipeline of highly qualified talent aligning with the client's unique needs.

• Execute a recruiting plan consistently to ensure a perfect match in terms of both quantity and quality of talent.

• Screen and select candidates based on client-specific job profiles and workforce forecasts.

• Adhere to all operational standards, employment laws, and regulations.

• Foster top-of-mind awareness through in-person visits, fostering a consultative and lasting relationship.

• Market talent's skills effectively, making optimal matches for both the client and candidate.

• Offer innovative, creative, and effective employment solutions that exceed client expectations.
