Local manufacturing firm is seeking a CNC Production Machinist. This position is geared towards someone with the aptitude and interest in machining with the opportunity to learn and develop skills essential to a machining background and a production environment. There are opportunities for both mill and lathe operators in this product line. Both entry level and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply. Compensation will be dependent upon experience and will be constantly evaluated for potential advancement dependent upon performance. All tooling necessary is provided by the company. Standard production clothing requirements apply (i.e. long pants, no sleeveless shirts, no baggy clothing, etc). Aptitude:

• Mechanical background with experience using measuring tools (precision measuring tools is a plus)
• Willingness to learn and grow with opportunity for advancement
• Experience or willingness to take on production machining environment with emphasis on process adherence and improvement
• Can demonstrate consistency and repeatability day to day with attention to detail
• Can demonstrate ability to communicate, ask questions when needed, and provide feedback on progress daily

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation, consistency day to day is key for this position
• High School diploma or GED
• Able to pass background check and drug test
