Go-Hire Employment & Development School Based Clinician - school calendar model in Hazard, Kentucky

Primary Functions of the job:Provide screening, assessment and diagnostic impression interviews of consumers.Provide individual and group counseling/therapy to consumers and families.Provide psycho-social evaluations.Provide treatment planning and termination summaries as part of a multi-disciplinary team.Provide consultation/ education/emergency services.Provide outpatient appointment and follow-up with appropriate service agencies as required.Work with Consumer Access Specialist to ensure daily schedule is full to meet consumer needs and required professional time standards.Participate with process improvement activities as directed by program needs.School Year ModelPay rate: Per Go-Hire Status: Exempt Staff Classification: Full-timeWork Days: 190 School Days* Summer: +20 Summer Days in JuneOP Coverage: 1 evening per weekPTO: 8 days/year KRSBC: can be used for snow days, spring break, fall break, winter break, illness days, JULY (pending 215 total days complete and productivity is satisfactory)Holidays: Per GoHire Paydays: 15th and last day of month; year round Training: +5 days annuallyProductivity 62.5% minimum of work day; 50% for approved supervisors; documentation complete Supervision: must be completed year round and continue as scheduled, including days/months when school is not in session; no additional compensation shall be provided for required supervision time (including Board, regulatory, AODE). Work outside: may choose to enter into Service Agreements for work outside and in addition to the established school year model; work performed in accordance with a Service Agreement will be subject to additional compensation according to terms specified therein. * Most school districts are open to students fewer days than are req'd of our staff so staff should be mindful of that and plan productivity for those add'l days accordingly in a variety of ways (scheduling OP appts, home visits, telehealth-zoom sessions, collateral sessions with principals/guidance counselors/social workers). We also are in attendance at school opening (professional development days) and closing days as well.
