Creates and manages an attractive, warm and challenging learning\ environment for infants and toddlers. Incorporates developmentally appropriate early\ intervention, learning and care activities which meet the needs of the group as well as\ those of individual children and families. Encourage parent involvement in all aspects of\ the program. To develop individual goals for children, provide on-going assessment on\ progress and facilitate transition into next level of education. Responsible for the safety\ of the children.
