As a Customer Service Rep, you will help with day-to-day customer service and account support. This position requires excellent people skills and a desire to provide top quality customer service in every interaction.

Pay:$15-$17 DOE

Duties for theCustomer Service Rep:

• Answering calls
• Look up accounts for customers and office staff
• Supports administration and other office personnel
• Other clerical duties as needed

Requirements forOffice Clerk/Customer Service Rep:

• Basic computer knowledge, MS word and excel
• Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients with a positive attitude
• Able to prioritize work activities
