This position is for a CNA or PCA with a home care service location in mutiple areas. Will provide homemaking services to include general house cleaning, running errands for clients, cooking, assistance with ADL, assistance with personal care, grooming, washing clothes, range of motion exercises, etc.. Requirements include: High school diploma or equivalent; MUST have a valid Certified Nursing Assistant Certification / or Patient Care Attendant certification (At Home Care can Certify) & CPR certified; Must have 4 years experience for PCA and CNA a minimum of 1 year experience; Must have a valid Driver's license with proof of insurance, CPR Certification, Auto Insurance First Aide Training & TB Skin Test and physical. Positions are for Part or Full Time. YOU MUST HAVE PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION UPON HIRE: Reliable transportation, copy of SS Card, current driver's license, current CNA license, current TB skin test, current automobile insurance, current automobile registration, current physical performed by a licensed physician, also must submit to background and drug screen.
