Are you someone who enjoys problem solving and or helping people during difficult situations? Allied Dispatch Solutions is currently looking to fill positions for Customer Solutions Specialists (CSS).

Unlike traditional call center positions, as a CSS you will be talking to customers who are happy to hear your voice. This is not a collections or sales position. You will be the person who helps them solve an unexpected problem quickly.

We are looking for individuals who possess strong phone and verbal communication skills, are able to actively listen and know how to utilize modern computer technology to perform tasks such as address location research and basic typing. Our revolutionary technology takes the guess work out of the job and provides you with all of the tools you will need to be successful.

We offer a variety of set schedule options in order to accommodate your lifestyle. If you are a student we will work around your school schedule to help you achieve your goals both here as well as academically. We also have work from home options depending on the shift you choose. Full or partial work from home weekends.

Our agents can also earn up to 4 work from home daysa week. We do not offer full time work from home opportunities so in office is a requirement.
