Product Analyst -DTC & White Label

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: Hybrid at Kohler, WI

Opportunity

Kohler Co. is looking for an individual with exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation and analytics to develop meaningful white label products in a fast-paced environment. The Product Analyst – DTC (direct-to-consumer) & White Label will own the execution of marketing deliverables for new product development projects and DTC strategy initiatives. You will be joining a strong global brand committed to living on the leading edge in design and technology of both product and process.

The Product Analyst – DTC & White Label will be responsible for tactically driving new product development programs, owning competitive benchmarking, and conducting extensive analysis to inform pricing and portfolio strategies, as well as assisting with any other special projects within cross category. Collaboration between cross-functional team members including project management, channel, procurement/sourcing, supply chain, engineering and industrial design will be vital in the success of this role.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Develop a complete understanding of the customer and competitive landscape including innovation, products, pricing, trends, and market share.

  • Leverage analytics to develop insights, formulate and test hypothesis and inform white label product scopes.

  • Collaborate with the DTC channel marketing team to create a new white label portfolio.

  • Understand and utilize consumer insights tools and incorporate learnings in recommendations.

  • Partner with procurement/sourcing and new product integration team to develop products that meet the DTC needs and drive growth.

  • Create and lead engaging presentations to all levels internal and external that clearly articulate product information, business strategies, data and insights and other information.

  • Collaborate with channel marketing and sales on product needs, sales samples, and other requests to drive business growth.

  • Assist with commercialization activity and go to market strategy for new product launches

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degreeMarketing, Management or related field required.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Product Marketing, or related field required.

  • Track record of successfully completing projects and meeting objectives

  • Travel to trade shows, manufacturing plants, and customer as needed, up to 25%
