Sales Analyst - Data, Analytics, and Enablement, Wellness Products

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: Kohler, WI

Opportunity

The Sales Analyst - Data, Analytics, and Enablement is responsible for conducting robust Sales and Marketing analysis and summarizing the results. This would involve developing dashboards, compiling data, and statistics, maintaining data sources to develop actionable forecasts, reconciliation, analyzing market trends, recommendations on customer programming, new product load ins, and strategic plans, and assisting with any other special projects dealing with an existing product line or channel.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Compile information, develop correlations on historical data, run regression analysis and have ability to measure impact on key KPIs.

  • Prepare summaries of relevant data for distribution to appropriate end users.

  • Ability to manipulate data in a fast-paced environment to gather quick insights, visualize the data and generate interactive reports and dashboards for the team.

  • Have strong statistical background and keen analytical mind to provide insights from large and varied omni channel data sets to understand the impact on sales.

  • Capability to prioritize and able to work independently as well as be a strong team player.

  • Develop Knowledge in business situations and Kohler Co. policies and procedures leading to a career advancement.

Skills/Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

  • 2-3 years of analytics experience is required. Motivated self-starter, proactive and action oriented.

  • Must be able to accel in a fast paced start-up environment with rapidly changing priorities and broad responsibilities.

  • Must possess a keen analytical mind, be strong on planning, detail, and accuracy, and be a demonstrably creative thinker. Must possess substantial skills in written and oral communication with all levels of management and with outside contacts.

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, building dashboards, views and custom reports strongly preferred.

  • Experience with visualization tools preferred - Power BI.

  • Expert in Microsoft applications like Excel, Power Point and Word.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The salary range for this position is $69,800 - $87,950. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
